Letizia’s Exquisite Arrangements serves Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Thermal, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, Coachella and Thousand Palms, California.
We hand deliver each and every one of our custom flower arrangements, so our service area is limited to this region of Southern California. That said, we can sometimes make exceptions so if you’re outside our typical service area, call or email us to discuss!
How Do I Give My Flower Arrangement a Longer Life?
Fresh cut flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. We cannot guarantee how long they will last but proper flower care will make a significant difference in their lifespan.
Please follow these instructions to give your flowers a longer life. Consider these tips:
- Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents.
Don’t place them directly under ceiling fans.
- Keep the arrangement in a cool environment (65 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit)
- For Letizia’s Exquisite Arrangements boxes: Add a tea cup worth of water every other day from the middle into the base of the box.
- Every few days, re-cut the stems by removing one inch with a sharp knife at a 45-degree angle then place back into the water absorbed foam.
- Remove fading blooms and foliage. Some flowers last longer than others. To keep your entire arrangement looking fresh, simply pluck fading flowers off the stem.
Will the Flower Arrangements I Order Look Exactly Like the Flowers Pictured in Your Photos?
Most of the time, the arrangements will look virtually identical and very similar to the ones featured in the photos on our website. However, please be advised that substitutions may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.
If we are out of a certain box color or style, we may substitute a same size box of a different color that our designer think would not undermine the overall look of the arrangement. We have the most creative designer who professionally recreate Letizia’s Exquisite Arrangements designs based on their creative interpretation.
The “look and feel” of Letizia’s Exquisite Arrangements premium boxes featured will remain the same, with our designer paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
In Letizia’s Exquisite Arrangements, premium boxes color will take preference over the type of the flower. If we are out of a specific flower, the designer may substitute it with a similar flower of an equal or greater value that is similar to the color featured on the website.
In Letizia’s Exquisite Arrangements single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. For instance, if we are out of Coral Peonies they will substitute another color of peonies, not another coral flower.
Can I Schedule my Custom Flower Arrangement’s Delivery for a Specific Time and Date?
You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process. Please note the preferred time of delivery in your order’s notes.
The specific time of delivery is highly dependent on the courier and what the most optimal route for an area might be. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.
What is Your Return Policy?
Unfortunately, due to the fully customized nature of our work, Letizia’s Exquisite Arrangements does not accept returns. If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you do not contact us within 24 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be cancelled. Additionally, notwithstanding the foregoing, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever. Note that a same day order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
